| We will be updating this page over the next few months in order to make the membership policies clear to all members as well as potential new members. Membership Email Link The Club is a private membership organization on approximately 250 acres with 1,650 members. Membership renewal form for 2011 will be available on the web the last week of Oct 2010 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- New membership is closed for 2010, See you in 2011 ( all 23 open slots were filled ) Congratulation's to the new members. I am receiving a lot of email's on the Lottery for new members. There are no applications for new members handed out. The day of the drawing. Show up at the Fisherman's cabin , Sign in , get a ticket. At the given time, we will pull tickets from the box and call your number. At that time you will need to wait until all the new members are selected. Once all openings are filled , we will ask all non selected persons to leave and start filling out waivers / applications and collecting money. You must have the fees ( $325.00 ) that day. ( Cash or Check ) We only select new members based on the number of members that do not renew their membership. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are selected in the lottery, the cost is a one time initiation fee of $200 and annual dues of $125. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The membership covers your immediate family. ( check the dependents info page ) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grand Children are allowed to use the club up to the age of 12 with their member grand parent. They must be your grand child / children ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have a few members / ex members that do not understand what post marked Dec 31, ???? for the membership dues renewal. If you drop your renewal into a mail box on Dec 31 ???? . it will likely be post marked Jan ?, ???? If that is the case , IT IS YOUR FAULT , not the USPS or the clubs. You will need to pay the initiation fee AGAIN in order to keep your membership. No excuses. We ( the board of directors ) will not make an exception as a few have found out this year and in the past. Calling the club President or calling one of board members will not help your case. We don't care if you have a note from the post office, mom, cousin, priest, rabbi, minister, Boy Scout leader, etc. Trust us, we have heard it all over the years. This may sound unreasonable to some people. Its a club rule that has been in effect for years. If you do not value your membership then roll the dice. There is no excuse to be late, membership renewal started in late Oct and ran for over 2 months.
